Иначе город просто умрёт, чего конечно не хотелось бы. К тому же регистрация в New Capital city сейчас возможна только по отдельной ссылке, которую для регистрации нужно вводить самому. Нажать на "Регистрация" на титульной странице www.combats.com и зарегистрироваться, без самостоятельного вписания в адресную строку города "NewCapital" "за границей" - сейчас невозможно.
